I’ve been reflecting on how much has changed over the years—and how, in some ways, nothing has.
Circle is one of the oldest forms of connection we have.
It’s where our ancestors made decisions, held grief, shared dreams, and remembered how to be human—together.
In the intentional communities I helped steward, we instinctively returned to this form.
Even though we didn’t formally call it “council,” we lived it.
We sat in circles.
We listened to the land.
We brought diverse voices into shared decision-making.
And when those circles dissolved, when power shifted and alignment fractured, I saw firsthand what happens without them—confusion, disconnection, and the unraveling of trust.
But what came next changed my path forever.
When the Problem Became the Path
When my last Beeja Project collapsed, Spirit gave me a clear message:
“Stop focusing on community governance. Focus on self-governance.”
It was difficult to swallow. I didn’t see myself as a teacher—I saw myself as a visionary, a builder, a guide.
But I realized I couldn’t keep waiting for the right community to emerge.
I had to teach what I had learned—not from theory, but from embodied experience.
Only then could I begin to sit in true resonance with others.
The Hidden Power of Council
Over the last 13 years, I’ve been teaching council work through Know the Self Academy—but not in the way most people expect.
This isn’t about taking turns to talk or holding structured meetings.
It’s about learning to hold frequency.
It’s about co-regulation, deep listening, and surrendering control to something wiser than us.
Because in true council, wisdom is emergent, not assigned.
It doesn’t belong to the oldest, the wealthiest, or the one with the most credentials.
It arises in the moment—from the person willing to be a clear vessel.
And when it’s spoken, we all feel it.
This is what I call oracular vision—becoming a channel for higher wisdom that flows through your own divine design.
It’s not about speaking for others—it’s about sourcing truth from within your personal Source code, in service to the field.
At Know the Self Academy, this is what we cultivate:
radical self-trust, energetic clarity, and the capacity to hold oracular vision within a group field.
That’s what makes council sacred.
In a True Council:
Everyone has a voice
No one holds the full picture alone
Truth emerges through presence—not performance
The elder in the moment is the one who carries the clearest truth—regardless of age, title, or status. In council, we honor wisdom as it rises.
What Happens in Council?
We gather in resonance, not hierarchy
We listen—not to respond, but to receive
We speak from soul, not strategy
We allow the field to guide the next step
When you sit in council, something ancient stirs.
You stop leading alone.
You start listening with your whole being.
You remember what it feels like to belong inside a unified field.
A Reflection Moment for You:
Have you ever been part of a group where you felt truly heard?
Where no one tried to fix you—only held space?
What would shift in your life if you had that kind of support now?
I’d love to hear your reflections. Hit reply and share, or join the conversation on Instagram @KnowTheSelf. We’re building this together.
In my next message, I’ll share what this kind of leadership really looks like—and how Conscious Revolutionaries like you are being called to lead not through effort & strategy, but through frequency, sovereignty, and synchronicity.
In resonance,

P.S. The upcoming Synchronicity Activation is a space to experience this field for yourself—to clear static, tune your channel, and begin calling in your soul-aligned people.
Details are coming soon. Stay close.
